Three Countries. One Conclusion.
Ownership changes everything.
I've lived across three different real estate systems — Venezuela, Spain, and the United States. Each one taught me something different about ownership, credit, and building wealth.
I grew up watching my father build something from nothing. He taught me the value of hard work and strategic thinking — that if you want something in life, you build it yourself, step by step.
In Venezuela, where I was raised, if you don't have cash, you don't buy. There's no credit culture, no 30-year mortgages, no ladder to climb. You either have the money or you don't.
When I moved to Spain, I saw something different: credit. Mortgages. Businesses getting loans to grow. People buying apartments with financing. It opened my eyes to how different systems create different possibilities.
But when I got to the United States? This is where it clicked. America made real estate ownership accessible. The credit system works. Lending is available to almost anyone who's serious about building. That accessibility is powerful — and it's a large part of why I chose this career.
I started investing in real estate in 2014 — a rental property in Miami. Then another. I watched those properties appreciate and generate income. I bought my own home in Fishers in 2018. I built my portfolio in Indianapolis: long-term rentals, short-term rentals, a duplex I'm converting to a triplex.
That's the throughline for me, no matter the country: none of it happens until you own something. It's why I do this work — not just to close deals, but to help people take that first step, wherever they're starting from.
Why I Became an Agent
After years as a software developer at GEICO, I decided to build something of my own. Real estate was the natural choice — I'd been doing it as an investor. Now I'd do it as an agent too.
A lot of agents don't think about real estate the way investors do — the numbers, the strategy, what it actually takes to build wealth through property. I wanted to bring that perspective to every client I work with, not just the ones already investing.
Whether you're buying your first home or your fifth rental property, you get the same honest, numbers-first approach.
My Philosophy
A step-by-step process that works when you follow it. I don’t skip steps.
You understand every step, every decision, every document. Nothing surprises you.
If something isn’t the right move for you, I’ll say so — clearly, and in time for it to matter.
Who I Work With
Outside of Real Estate
I love hiking through national parks, especially spring through fall. I'm passionate about music and used to play guitar. I read constantly — books and audiobooks are my travel companions. I'm married, I have a daughter, and everything I do is to create the same kind of security and opportunity my father created for me.
